Virgo Monthly Horoscope for Birthdays

Your year begins with an emphasis on your assets and abilities and how you relate to others with them. Generally, Virgos want to do everything themselves and don’t want to ask others for help, let alone, allow them to do so unbidden. It’s not that you have too much pride. It’s that you feel you should be able to do everything for yourself by yourself. With so many of our needs and actions intertwined with others, it’s not possible to remain “independent.” As a culture, everything we need to survive is somehow integrated with the actions of others. Independence was, and still is, an illusion. It’s like a drop of water claiming to be separate from the ocean. Consider, Virgo, that we are only obligated to those we feel an obligation to. This should give you a hint on how to ask for help without making yourself feel obligated. The second fact is that just by virtue of being human you, at the least, deserve some help. Yes. It has always been easier to give than receive. You might need to do some soul searching as to why you might still feel this way.

You’ve been through a bear of a two years. The burden of responsibility has certainly been a tough one. But after all the pressure you will have to start allowing yourself to ease back. You should feel the beginnings of a release at the end of October. This will be tough also since your instinct is to not let up for fear of getting caught behind in what needs to be addressed. Just go with the flow. Breathing will become easier or, at the least, you won’t find yourself clenched in your solar plexus “waiting to exhale” any more. The fear has taken a tremendous toll on your health. It’s time to heal.

In career matters, it will no longer be necessary to wear many hats. You can finally get down to dedicating yourself toward one or two goals, not ten. You should also be able to access the resources of your job to make it easier for you. This coming holiday season should run a lot smoother for you.

What ever you have found out about your health, if anything, is it. There are no more surprises under the rug or around the corner. The other shoe has fallen. You’re so focused on waiting for the next one that you’ve just forgotten the first one.

It’s time to start making some social connections that fall in line with what you are interested in. Your creativity will start to move again in the middle of September. Granted, you won’t allow yourself to participate in anything unless you can understand its usefulness, but you must allow yourself to invest in things that you find are more fun than what you’ve been doing…or not. This whole fiasco began in September of 2007. Right now it feels like you’re in the eye of the hurricane waiting to get slammed again. It’s done. Exhale. Take a deep breath. You’ve made it through.

By the middle of January relationships should begin to become fun. There will be quite a few options to choose from. Don’t be too picky. You know you are. Make a list of who you absolutely will not tolerate and then make everyone else fair game and open for sampling. This will keep you from nit-picking and passing up some good opportunities for fun and learning. It’s time to allow yourself some pleasure. You’ve earned it!
